QEA Dual Teacher Teaching Model is a new type of teaching model for Chinese students, which is oriented to student experience and further education results. The R&D team has successfully localized the theory of dual-teacher education and applied it to practical teaching scenarios by looking at the entire learning lifecycle. Students in specific Queen’s College programs can enjoy the academic protection brought by the dual-teacher teaching model. Through real-time communication and teaching linkage between Chinese and foreign teachers, we help students break down language barriers, give full play to their strengths, and lay a solid foundation for good grades through the four major components of the dual-teacher classroom, Chinese teaching classroom, learning escort, and home-school feedback.
Dual-teacher classes are conducted in the form of simultaneous teaching by a foreign teacher and a Chinese teacher. While the foreign teacher organizes the teaching activities, the Chinese teacher will assist in different ways to make the students’ thinking more coherent in the classroom. The teachers will observe the students’ performance in class to get a real understanding of the students’ learning progress and provide feedback on each student’s strengths and weaknesses.
QEA dual-teacher teaching mode is not simply adding a teacher to translate or tutor, but from the students’ real learning scenarios, for each in the process of obtaining good grades in the details and possible problems encountered in advance to prevent, early discovery, timely solution, real-time communication, to clear the obstacles on the road to study in the prestigious schools.
The dual-teacher model provides students with better and more comprehensive learning assistance outside of teaching, helping students establish good study habits through after-school Q&A, homework assistance, progress tracking, etc. Targeted tutoring for students allows them to have a better grasp of their own learning progress and make it clear how to make progress.
